What We Don't Collect or Store Online
We do not collect or store the following information on this website: last names, allergies, medical information, grades, t-shirt sizes, payment information, or phone numbers. This information is managed offline by the team coordinator and never uploaded to this website.
How Questionnaires Work
When you fill out a questionnaire on this site (such as allergies or t-shirt sizes), your responses are delivered via email directly to the team coordinator. They are not stored on our servers.
AI Disclosure
We use AI-assisted tools to help with scheduling, drafting communications, generating reminders, and managing calendars. These tools operate on the coordinator's local system and do not have direct access to this website or its database. No automated decisions are made about your child using AI.
Cookies
This site uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or any third-party cookies.
Data Retention
RSVP data and parent accounts are maintained for the active Destination Imagination season and are deleted at the end of each season.
Your Rights
You may request the removal of your or your child's information at any time by contacting the team coordinator. Upon request, all associated data will be removed from both the website and offline records.
Children's Privacy
This site is operated in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA). We do not collect personal information directly from children. All data displayed on this site is provided by parents or the team coordinator.
